AI Disclosure & Content Policy
How AI-assisted tools are used in this work, what remains entirely human, and what we do not permit.

Transparency Statement
This site and its associated creative works make substantial use of AI-assisted tools — including generative image synthesis, AI-augmented audio production, and AI-assisted web development — as creative collaborators under the direction and authorship of Damien Lamar (ProfessorClock). AI tools are used as instruments of expression, not as autonomous authors; all creative decisions, editorial intent, and final outputs remain the intellectual work of the human artist.
Scope of AI Use
AI-assisted tools have been employed across multiple areas of this project: visual artwork and promotional imagery generated or refined using generative AI systems; web design and development code produced with the assistance of AI coding environments; and audio production workflows that incorporate AI-powered mixing, mastering, or sound design tools.
In all cases, AI outputs were directed, curated, edited, and approved by the human creator. The concepts, narratives, themes, and artistic vision of the NAOPC universe — including its mythology, cosmology, and sonic identity — are entirely original human creative work.
Why We Disclose
As AI-generated and AI-assisted content becomes increasingly prevalent, audiences deserve transparency about how creative works are made. This disclosure follows emerging best practices for responsible AI use in creative industries: we believe honesty about process strengthens rather than diminishes the human artistry at the center of this work.
No Automated Decision-Making
This site does not use AI for any automated decisions that affect users — no algorithmic content filtering, no AI-generated personalization, and no machine learning applied to visitor behavior or data.
AI in Building This Site — and What Does Not Ship
This website was hand-authored and developed with the assistance of AI coding tools running locally on the operator's own machine. Those tools shaped the code; they are not part of it. The deployed site contains no AI vendor's SDK, telemetry, analytics, or runtime code of any kind — verified by scanning the complete deployed output. Your visit is not sent to, processed by, or used to train any AI system as a result of how this site was made. See the Cookie & Advertising Notice for the full list of third parties your browser actually contacts.
Use of This Site's Content as Training Data
Quoting and citation with attribution are welcome. The use of this site's content — text, artwork, music, or video — as training data for artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems is prohibited without prior written authorization. This restriction is also published in this site's llms.txt file.
Community Submissions
Where the studio accepts creative contributions from the audience — including the Time Traveler's Digest submissions portal and planned community archive features — contributor terms and AI-disclosure expectations are presented at the point of submission. Contributor work is not used to train models, and contributors are asked to disclose their own use of generative tools on the same terms we hold ourselves to.
