Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to professorclock.media and the properties operated by the same entity: professorclock.tv, timetravelersdigest.com, and damienlamar.com — together, "we," "us," or "this site." The current, authoritative list of covered properties is the Brand & Entity Directory. Properties not listed there, including partner and event-host sites such as Kēla Chatman's Sacred Circuit Life, are covered by their own separate privacy policies, not this one.

ProfessorClock Media LLC — a Rhode Island limited liability company formed March 13, 2025 (RI Secretary of State filing number 202566981560) — is the sole legal entity behind all of these brands — there is no parent company and there are no subsidiaries — and it is the operator responsible for the collection and use of your personal information across them, except where a specific form states that a third-party processor (named below) handles a step on our behalf.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us, through one of these forms:

• The RSVP / Intended Receivers list (professorclock.media/rsvp/) — name and email address, and optionally your time zone and how you heard about the event.
• The Workshops request form (professorclock.media/workshops/) — name, email, optionally an organization, and your session preferences.
• Direct email — anything you send to hello@professorclock.media or press@professorclock.media.

We do not operate a user-account system, do not require registration to read the site, and do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts of our own. See the Cookie Policy for what third-party embeds may do independently.

How we use it, and who else sees it

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (our web host and forms processor) and, for the RSVP and Workshops lists, synced to Brevo (our email service provider) so we can send the specific communications you signed up for — event details, calendar invites, and workshop scheduling. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising targeting on other platforms.

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited) are retained by our hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes only.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving email from us, at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; for anything else, email hello@professorclock.media with the subject line "Privacy Request." We aim to respond within thirty (30) days.

State-specific notices. Some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, apply only to businesses that meet defined revenue or data-volume thresholds. Where those thresholds apply to us, the additional disclosures and rights they require will be published in this section. Regardless of whether a given statute applies, the access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights described above are available to everyone who writes to us.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
