ProfessorClock Media · The Company

About

One universe, one keeper, six living properties — and the founder who has been building it since 2010.

The Studio

A universe, run as a company.

ProfessorClock Media is an independent Afrofuturist multimedia production company — a creative agency, a netlabel, and a publishing house under one roof. Since October 2010 the studio has built a single continuity: The New Adventures of ProfessorClock, a fifteen-year, thirteen-volume transmedia canon completed in 2025 and owned outright, spanning audio fiction, albums on professor:clock records, published books, and four hand-built web properties.

The method is the product. Frequency-conscious composition tuned to a 432 Hz base. A governing character canon that keeps every release inside one story. Human–machine production workflows adopted years before the mainstream, and documented publicly. The studio produces its own catalog first and teaches, scores, and builds from that proof — precise reception over mass appeal.

Every property is a door into the same universe: the canon, the records, the Time Traveler's Digest, the workshops, and the film series now carrying the story to screen. The filter every opportunity passes through before the studio says yes: "It is always now."

Damien Lamar Robinson is a transmedia producer, Afrofuturist author, singer-songwriter, and digital architect. As the founder and CEO of ProfessorClock Media, Robinson leverages a 25-year career in creative technology, full-stack digital architecture, and UI/UX design to build expansive speculative narrative universes that integrate literature, cinematic worldbuilding, and electronic music.

Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, with national creative reach, Robinson is the creator of the transmedia universe The Order of the Fixed Path (featuring a previsualized pilot and a feature currently in development) and the author of the novel Cronos Catharsis and the anthology series Time Traveler's Digest — anchoring a fifteen-year speculative fiction universe spanning three seasons and thirty-nine episodes.

His books are on the shelf; his method is taught in the workshops; the engagement process is published at our process.
