ProfessorClock Media LLC is the only legal entity — a Rhode Island member-managed limited liability company formed March 13, 2025 (RI Secretary of State filing number 202566981560). It is not a subsidiary of any parent company and has no subsidiaries of its own. Every property, imprint, series, and label named below — professorclock.tv, Time Traveler's Digest, professor:clock records, The Prose Portal, the NAOPC canon, and the rest — is a brand operated directly by ProfessorClock Media LLC, not a separate company.
This matters for a practical reason: whichever of these brands you interact with, the entity responsible for your personal information, and the entity you are contracting with, is the same one — ProfessorClock Media LLC.

Sacred Circuit Life hosted the Gate 9 premiere as a ceremony partner. Any data you share directly with Sacred Circuit Life, or any purchase you make through their site, is governed entirely by their own privacy policy and terms, not this one.
