Every session is drawn from a completed, owned body of work: the 16-year NAOPC transmedia canon, dozens of albums on professor:clock records, 164 published articles, four live web properties. Nothing taught here hasn't already shipped.

The instructor is Damien Lamar, founder and creative director — 25+ years across A&R, electronic music, and narrative design. Sessions follow the same six-step engagement as Our Process: request, scope, approve, deliver. No generic curriculum.

Which workshop is for me?

Can I take both The Prose Portal and The Grid Workshop?

Yes — the calendars don't collide. Grid Workshop lectures run Sundays at 11:00 AM ET; The Prose Portal meets Sundays at 4:00 PM ET.

How much experience do I need?

For the Grid Workshop: a body of work — two releases or two hundred, scattered across old drives or not. The course brings order to work you've already made. For The Prose Portal: a story you want to build, at any stage. All levels are in every room by design.

Which tools do I need?

Whatever you already use. The Grid Workshop's method — inventory, consolidation, metadata, presentation — applies to any DAW or storage; a computer and access to your work is enough. The Prose Portal asks only for something to write with.

Is there an enrollment cap?

No. Grid Workshop lectures are open enrollment, and work-shares scale by adding breakout rooms of three or four. The Prose Portal's Sunday sprints are free and open to all.

Will I get individual feedback?

In the Grid Workshop, the instructor is active in the share thread throughout the four weeks and leaves notes on posted work, and the weekly work-shares are where everyone is heard. The Prose Portal is a live weekly room built on shared work — its rhythm and community details are at proseportal.com. Past participants have finished first memoir chapters and published first novels.

What if I miss a live session?

Grid Workshop lectures are recorded and sent the same day; its Q&As and work-shares are live only, though you can submit questions ahead and they will be answered on the recording. The Prose Portal is a weekly live ritual — check proseportal.com for its schedule and catch-up rhythm.

How do I pay, and what are the refund policies?
