Research and Planning

After the initial consultation, we conduct research to gather more information about the client's industry, their competitors, and their target audience. This research helps us identify key opportunities and challenges and inform our strategy for the project.

Quote and Statement of Work

With the research complete, we prepare a detailed quote and Statement of Work. It defines the deliverables, timeline, milestones, and investment — in plain language, with nothing hidden. You will know exactly what you are getting, when, and for how much before anything begins.

Project Approval & Payment

Once the Statement of Work is approved and the initial payment is received, the project is officially scheduled. Approval locks the scope, the calendar, and the team — so the work begins with total clarity on both sides.

Project Design and Development

Based on the research and planning phase, we begin the design and development process. This may include creating mockups and prototypes, refining the design based on feedback from the client, and developing the final deliverables.

• Review and approval: once the design and development phase is complete, we present the final deliverables to the client for review and approval. We work closely with the client to make any necessary revisions and ensure that they are completely satisfied with the final product.

Project Delivery and Deployment

Once the client has approved the final deliverables, we deliver the completed project to them. This may include providing the final files or launching a website, depending on the scope of the project.
